We offer Standard and Express shipping options depending on the destination country. Please expect a processing time of 2-3 business days for orders placed with standard shipping. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 - 10 business days

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the specific product ordered.

  • United States: 5–10 business days standard, 3-5 days expressCanada: 9–14 business days standard, 5–9 days express available
  • United Kingdom: 7–13 business days standard, 3–7 days express available
  • Europe: 9–16 business days standard, 5–7 days express available
  • Australia: 9–14 business days standard, 5–9 days express available
  • Rest of world: shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout for your specific location

Estimated delivery = production time + shipping time above.

We ship internationally — some countries/regions may have restricted availability, shown at checkout.

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES Duties and import taxes are pre-paid at checkout for supported markets. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery. For markets where duties are not pre-collected at checkout, customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship to most countries worldwide. Some countries and regions may have restricted availability — this will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

 LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at fedhafrancisca8@gmail.com  with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 INCORRECT ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement or refund.
